Chair Yoga is a great way for those with mobility issues to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga, while staying seated to safely do the exercises.

Come join us as we loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress and improve circulations. Chair Yoga also helps lower blood pressure and protect joints while building strength and balance.

About the Instructor

Chair Yoga is led by Bobbie Seale-Cobiskey: Disabilities, Aging, and Addictions Specialist Mentor.

After a career as a Care Giver in LTC, Bobbie worked privately with elders and those living with physical disabilities. Bobbie is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and has taken courses that reach out to specialized populations, such as Alzheimer’s and dementia; those living with a wide range of mobility challenges and those in recovery from addictions.

This is a $5 activity. PassCard can be used.
