Duplicate Bridge is the most widely used variation of Contract Bridge in club and tournament play. It is called duplicate because the same bridge deal is played at each table and scoring is based on relative performance.
Duplicate Bridge restarted at the Senior Centre in September, with Saturday afternoon sessions to test and run an electronic system. Our move to an all electronic system has been very well received.
Training for use of the Shuffler/Dealer, the Master Computer and the Bridge-mate-mini-computer for North players was managed by Margaret Adams and Rick Griffin and was completed October 27th for both Gibsons and Sechelt Bridge Clubs.
