One of the most beloved of programs offered at SSAC has had nothing to do with exercise, or learning, or even socialization.

It has to do with food!

Emily is always cooking up something to satisfy our taste buds!

Emily has been preparing the best frozen entrées for our members for years, and this is just a brief list of some of the overall favorites (in alphabetical, not preferential, order):

If you’re not sure which is best, come by the Centre between 9 AM and 3 PM, pick up a few and test them yourself. Then, tell us your favourite!

Hints for warming frozen entrées! Remove the cardboard/tin foil lid and place in a warm oven (350) for 20-25 minutes. If they have thawed, use less time. Frozen entrées can also be placed in the fridge and when thawed, warmed in a microwave-safe dish. Start with 3 minutes at 60%.
