Join certified yoga therapist Bobbie Seale-Cobiskey for a 1-hour yoga for arthritis class.
This class will include movement to reduce joint stiffness, poses to build strength and flexibility, breathing practices to help manage stress and pain and mindfulness practices to build resilience and peace of mind. The class will combine some standing and seated poses.
Pre-registration required. 8 week series – 10 student limit.
Yoga for Arthritis is a $5 activity. PassCard can be used.
