2022 Annual General Meeting

The Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre will be hosting our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on February 16, 2022. To accommodate Covid-19 protocols, we are offering you three options.

If you cannot or do not wish to attend the meeting but want to vote, you can cast a ballot in the dining room between 11 AM and 1 PM. You will be registered as having voted and NOT permitted to enter the meeting in the auditorium.

If you wish to come to the meeting, we are holding two seatings of the same meeting to ensure social distancing is possible. Please choose the time that suits your schedule, but attend only once.

  • Seating 1: 1:30 pm
  • Seating 2: 3:30 pm

Enter through the front door of the Centre only, for voting or one of the meetings. Please make sure to bring your membership card with you, as it is required to enter or vote.

The Pre-Vote from 11:00 to 1:00 on February 16th has been cancelled. A vote is not required as our nominations fill all vacant spots without the need for a vote. Please come out to one of the AGM sessions at either 1:30 or 3:30.
