Dust off your dancing shoes. Line dancing is a fun workout for your body and brain. Classes dance to a variety of music genre, including country, oldies and even new songs.
We’re still adapting to class sizes, and level of instruction may vary. Please provide your information to Jay so we can notify you of any changes as this activity grows. Please stop by – everyone is welcome!
About the Instructor
Jay’s love for dance started in the early 1990s when she took line dancing lessons in Coquitlam, where she and other class members formed a non-profit line dancing group who performed at various events such as the Merritt Country Western Festival, private conferences around the lower mainland and even in China.
Jay has been teaching line dancing at SSAC for three years. Lessons are on Mondays in the auditorium from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. For those just starting out, Beginners classes are on Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
