It has to do with food!

Emily is always cooking up something to satisfy our taste buds!

Emily has been preparing the best frozen entrées for our members for years.

Please note that the list of available frozen entrées changes regularly.

If you’re not sure which is best, come by the Centre between 9 AM and 2:45 PM, pick up a few and test them yourself. Then, tell us your favourite!

Hints for warming frozen entrées! Remove the cardboard/tin foil lid and place in a warm oven (350) for 20-25 minutes. If they have thawed, use less time. Frozen entrées can also be placed in the fridge and when thawed, removed from the foil container and warmed in a microwave-safe dish. Start with 3 minutes at 60%.
