Celebrating SSAC’s 40th Anniversary continues. On August 15th, a BBQ (by donation), and Open House of the Centre’s activities was held in the back parking lot and Auditorium. We were fortunate to have a beautiful sunny summer day. The Sunshine Coast Rotary Club cooked and served beef and vegetarian burgers. The smell of cooked onions was mouthwatering! Refreshing sodas and water were available, and a cold treat to top off the meal left participants sated. Decorations made the set up very inviting. Inside tables displayed many of our programs which along with some activity leads, explained our offerings. Many people were involved putting this together, and their efforts were deeply appreciated.
