Do not be afraid to get involved with something you are interested in, helping out and meeting new people can be extremely rewarding.

The summer season is fast approaching. Many activities continue, though you can check the activity schedule month to month for changes.

On Sunday May 15th, the Centre held its inaugural Dinking Tournament to honour Serge Planidin who passed away earlier this year.

More than 120 members came out to enjoy a wonderful fundraising luncheon in support of seniors fleeing the war against Ukraine.

Emily has a message to our membership about some changes in the kitchen as we move toward summer.

It is still members only and double vaccinations are required to attend activities or enjoy lunch in the dining room, but – wow! The place is rocking again.

Yoga information sessions are offered to SSAC members who have never previously been to any yoga class but are curious to learn more.
