After a hiatus of 18 months, Memory Café restarted at the Seniors Activity Centre in September.

After just two short weeks, it is obvious how successful re-opening the Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre has been.

SSAC is pleased to offer a new Community Program in conjunction with The Canadian Tai Chi Academy.

Many of you may be familiar with the term and practice of Paying It Forward, which is simply giving back anonymously to your community.

"I am thrilled to have you back at the Centre and to be able to serve you hot meals once again!"

The pandemic has been a stressor and some of us may not have the coping skills to move beyond the fear, anger, and isolation caused by this extended health emergency.

SSAC will hold a General Membership Meeting on Wednesday August 25, 2021 at 1:30pm.

Over the course of the first half of 2021, SSAC has been privileged to provide the largest, cleanest, and most hospitable vaccination clinic on the coast.

So we move forward, with our fingers crossed, hoping that the seeds we are planting will not only bud, but blossom.
